Yummy Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
Ingredients
½ cup fresh pumpkin (or canned if you prefer)
1 cup milk (can also use vanilla-flavored almond or coconut milk)
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tablespoon vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
1 cup ice cubes

Directions
(If using fresh pumpkin, cut pumpkin in half, remove seeds. Place on baking sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, or until pumpkin is tender. Discard skin. Cut into cubes. Refrigerate or freeze any unused pumpkin.)
Step 1 – Place all of your ingredients into a heavy duty blender and blend until smooth.
Step 2 – Pour into desired cup or glass. Top with Reddi Whip and dust with pumpkin pie spice.
Serve immediately.
